As a Team lead, your role typically involves programming and leading a set of team members. You would be responsible for the commitments of your team in terms of time, effort and quality of work. You would also be responsible for their performance evaluation. You would likely be a part of a larger offshore team and are expected to work collaboratively with your peers onsite and offshore to deliver milestone/sprint-based deliverables.
